BAE Systems Special Event Promotion

Riger designed and implemented a combination of direct mail pieces in eye-catching translucent envelopes, interactive Web pages, and HTML e-mail messages to invite key target audience members to a special defense industry conference hosted by BAE SYSTEMS.

HTML e-mail invitations linked invitees directly to event-specific Web pages hosted on BAE's corporate Website. Online visitors were able to gather additional information about the event and register online to attend, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to Web components, the RSVP process was facilitated through print and call center services, also provided by Riger. We also produced meeting materials (agendas, name badges, lanyards, etc.) for the conference.

The campaign and event were a success, meeting and exceeding the expectations of the host parties at BAE SYSTEMS.
