Coinciding with a search for a new voice and new music, Riger helped ESSA shape a "top of mind awareness" message reflecting the greater value customers receive when doing more of their banking with this Poconos region financial institution. That message — "The Right Way to Bank" — comes to life in this simple, dramatic television spot.

With audio cut to an upbeat rock 'n' roll rhythm, the script and graphics paint a colorful picture of well-rounded service and true customer satisfaction. Real-life ESSA employees, posed confidently in relevant outdoor locations, convey the promise that customers' expectations will be filled. As the spot winds up, viewers see and hear that, almost inevitably, the right convenience, expertise and option will add up to "The Right Way to Bank."

Campaign support also included radio sponsorships, transit advertising and billboards.
