Heather joined Riger after serving as an intern with the agency during her final semester at SUNY Cortland. She quickly demonstrated a quiet, yet certain, self-confidence. And her enthusiasm, determination and work ethic made it clear; she would be a definite asset to the Riger team.

She spends her time coordinating several agency accounts as well as managing the social media function for Riger and working on the New Business Team. Her duties also include social media services, creative brainstorming, media coordination, email marketing, file archiving, copywriting, media monitoring, invoice reconciliation, numerous spreadsheet updates, and day-to-day account services. Whether it’s writing a press release, collecting research, coordinating project details or proofreading, her quick, yet efficient work ethic makes her an important asset on many projects.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Cortland in 2006, earning a communications degree with a concentration in public relations and advertising. At Cortland, she was inducted into Tau Sigma Honor Society.

Heather grew up on a dairy farm in Marathon, NY. Her free time consists of anything from reading a book, to spending time with friends and family, to snowmobiling or travelling. She also enjoys attending numerous levels of sporting events including, one of her favorite pastimes, frequenting the Carrier Dome to cheer on the Syracuse Orange. Go ‘CUSE!
